Refund policy

At Hugsnbuds, every product goes through a quality check before shipping. Since our products are children’s nightwear, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or not the item you ordered

Damaged or Wrong Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product you received.

  • Once verified, we will arrange either:

    • A replacement (if available), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety, all other sales are final. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Used or washed products

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
